JB Development Documentation
JB Development is built around a simple idea: creating FiveM resources that feel useful, stable, and natural inside a roleplay server.
I have been active in FiveM since 2019. Over the years I spent a lot of time in RP servers, learning what makes scripts feel good in actual gameplay and what quickly becomes annoying for players, staff, and server owners. That experience shaped the way I build resources now: practical first, clean to use, and focused on the kind of details that matter during real RP.
Along the way I have also been involved in projects that were not just small test servers. Some of them had around a hundred players online daily, which teaches you very quickly what works under pressure and what does not. When a server is active every day, small issues become big issues fast. Performance, clarity, support, configuration, and reliability all start to matter a lot more when many players depend on the same systems at the same time.
This project is not just a store or a random collection of scripts. I do this because I enjoy the development work behind it. Building systems, improving small interactions, fixing edge cases, and turning ideas into something server owners can actually use is what keeps me going. It started from passion, and that is still the reason behind JB Development today.
With JB Development I want to take that experience and make it useful for a broader audience. Not every server has the same size, budget, or style, but every server deserves resources that are made with care. Smaller communities should be able to use quality scripts without feeling like everything is built only for massive projects, and larger servers should still have tools that can keep up with serious daily usage.
The goal is to bring the same mindset to every resource: clean systems, clear documentation, and scripts that make sense in real roleplay situations. Whether a server is just starting out or already has a large player base, I want JB Development resources to feel reliable, polished, and worth using.
What I care about
For me, good development is not only about adding features. A script also needs to be readable, configurable, and easy to maintain. Server owners should understand what they are installing, staff should be able to support it, and players should be able to use it without confusion.
That is why I try to keep my resources focused. I would rather build something that works well and fits naturally into RP than something overloaded with features nobody actually enjoys using.
What you will find here
This documentation is here to help you install, configure, and understand JB Development resources without guessing.
Clear installation steps
Each resource includes the setup information you need to get it running correctly on your FiveM server.
Configuration guidance
The docs explain the important settings so you can adjust resources to match your server style.
Support when something is unclear
If something does not work as expected, join the Discord and open a ticket with the resource name and your error message.
Why I build
Good RP depends on systems that support the experience instead of getting in the way. My goal is to create resources that are easy for server owners to manage and smooth for players to use.
I keep improving things because I care about the FiveM scene and because development is something I genuinely enjoy doing.
